摘要
成绩考核是教学过程的重要环节,是检验学校教学效果和人才培养质量的有效途径,也是实现教学目标的重要手段。传统的高职师范类教育学课程成绩考核中形成了偏重知识忽略能力训练和培养的"定式",影响了教学效果的提升。实践中,对平时成绩考核的公式化状况进行改革,增加口头考核,增加实践性作业考核等效果明显。此外还要对期末考试进行开卷闭卷相结合改革。
Scores check is the important link of teaching process. It is the effective approach to checking colleges' teaching effect and talents' training quality, as well as the important method of realizing teaching goal: Traditional scores check of higher vocational normal education curriculum forms the formulary of focusing on knowledge and ignoring ability's training and cultivation, which affects the promotion of teaching effect. In the practice, it makes reform on the situation of formulary in scores check. It increases oral check and practical homework check whose effect is obvious. What's more, it reforms on the final exam with the combination of onen book exam and closed exam.
