基于职业岗位需求的高职实践教学体系现状研究

Study on the Present Condition of Higher Vocational Practical Teaching System based on the Requirement of Occupational Post

目前我国高职院校的实践教学的现状是,受重视程度不够,教学硬件设备、设施不足,软件建设不到位。根据高等职业教育"以就业为导向"这一目标,从研究职业岗位对高职人才素质、知识和能力需求出发,借鉴发达国家实践教学体系和保障体系的优秀方法和经验,提出了高职院校构建科学合理的实践教学体系的对策建议:以能力为中心进行实践教学体系建设,以职业岗位能力为宗旨进行课程结构设计,以职业岗位能力需求为导向进行课程内容设置。

At present the present condition of practical teaching in higher vocational colleges is the inadequate focusing degree, the lack of teaching hardware equipment and facilities, and short of software construction. According to the goal of ＂employment-oriented＂ for higher vocational education, this paper starts from analyzing the requirement of higher vocational talents＇ quality knowledge and ability for occupational post. It takes reference of the excellent methods and experience of practical teaching system and guarantees system in developed countries. It puts forward the countermeasures on establishing reasonable practical teaching system in higher vocational colleges. It should make the construction of practical teaching system centered with ability, make the design of curriculum structure aimed at occupational post ability, and make the establishment of curriculum content oriented with occupational post requirement.
