摘要
振动泵是可控震源的重要组成部分,一旦振动泵出现问题,会直接影响到可控震源的正常工作。导致可控震源振动泵损坏的因素很多,振动泵失效则是其中最主要的因素。本文分析了振动泵失效的原因,找到了AHV-Ⅳ362可控震源液压系统的污染是造成振动泵失效的主要原因。针对液压系统的污染,在振动低压回路中加装滤清器,可以简单、高效地清理液压系统的污染。
Vibration pump is the important part of vibroseis. Once the vibration pump failure, directly affects the normal operation of vibroseis. The vibrator pump failure has different reasons, but the contaminated hydraulic oil is the main reason to lead to the pump failure and malfunction in the field operation. After analyzing the failure reason, this paper presents one easy and efficient solution to anti-contaminate the polluted hydraulic oil system by installing a filter in the low voltage vibration circuit.
