高职院校工学结合、学做合一的人才培养模式以及教学过程的职业性、实践性、开放性的办学特色,在服务社会、在构建终身教育体系方面具有得天独厚的优势。应主动适应社会及区域经济发展的需求,积极开展非学历教育,满足不同类型、不同人群终身学习的需求,为构建终身学习"立交桥"发挥积极的作用。

This paper analyzes the advantages of Higher Vocational Institutes in serving the society and constructing a lifelong education system. It holds that higher vocational education plays a due role in cultivating application technical and high-level technical talents through record education, meeting the needs of social and regional economic development, adjusting talent cultivation mode, actively developing non-record education, and constructing lifelong learning ＂overpass＂.
