My Views on Teaching Ability Training of Young College Teachers

一个国家的兴旺寄托在青年一代,每个高校持续发展的希望也是在青年教师身上。从教师的基本功能来说,教学关是前提,就如何提升高校青年教师队伍的教学能力,确保教学质量稳步提高,笔者针对目前在教学过程中存在的问题,提出相应的措施。

The prosperity of a country lies in the hands of its young generation. And the sustainable development of a college or university is left with its young teachers. It is a prerequisite for a teacher to be qualified for teaching. This paper discusses the ways of improving the teaching ability of young college teachers to ensure the quality of teaching, and puts forward the measures to solve the problems in teaching.
