脊穴点段针刺疗法治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍

Clinical observation of Jixue-dianduan acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke

目的观察脊穴点段针刺疗法对脑卒中后吞咽障碍康复的影响。方法将60例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予神经内科脑卒中常规方案治疗并配合吞咽基础训练,在此基础上,对照组配合针刺普通穴位,观察组配合针刺脊穴中相关穴位。治疗前后两组患者均采用洼田氏饮水试验法评价,治疗2个疗程后评估疗效。结果两组疗效间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊穴点段针刺疗法治疗脑卒中吞咽障碍疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the effects of Jixue-dianduan acupuncture in treating dysphagia after stroke. Methods Randomly separated 60 patients into the observation group and the control group. Based on the neurological traditional treatment for stroke and fundamental swallowing train for each of the two groups, the control group had acupuncture on ordinary acupoints while the observation group had Jixue-dianduan acupuncture treatment. The two groups were both evaluated by the WaTian＇s drinking water test after two courses of treatment. Results There were significant differences in efficacy between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Jixue-dianduan acupuncture treatment is worthwhile for expanding in clinic for its striking curative effects.
