依那普利联合螺内酯治疗心力衰竭疗效观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察依那普利联合螺内酯治疗心力衰竭的疗效。方法 72例慢性心力衰竭患者在应用一般治疗、利尿剂等基础上随机分为依那普利联合螺内酯组(A组40例)和单用依那普利组(B组32例)。观察时间为3个月,对比治疗前后临床症状和心功能改善情况。结果治疗后A组总有效率高于B组,A组较B组心功能改善明显。结论依那普利联合螺内酯治疗心力衰竭使用方便且效价比好,患者依从性高,值得推广应用。
