摘要
采用水热法成功地制备出ZnS:Ni2+纳米线,通过X射线电子衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、光致发光(PL)和紫外—可见吸收光谱(UV-vis)等测试手段对制备样品的结构、形貌及光学性能进行表征.结果表明:Ni成功地掺入到ZnS晶格中,ZnS纳米线直径约为10 nm.
The wurtzite-type ZnS:Ni^2+ nanowires were prepared by a simple hydrothermal method. The structure and optical properties of the samples were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD) , transmission electron microscopy (TEM), photoluminescence (PL) and UV-vis. The results showed that the Ni^2+ ions were substitutionally incorlaoratedinto the ZnS host and the size of the nanowires was about 10 nm.
