摘要
利用光学传输矩阵方法研究了正折射率和负折射率材料交替组成的一维函数型光子晶体的能带结构和缺陷模特性.通过改变正折射率和负折射率的取值,发现随着正折射率值的增大缺陷模减弱,禁带变宽且数目增多;随着负折射率值绝对值的减小,缺陷模减弱且数目减少,禁带数目减少.该结论对光子晶体的设计,如滤波器、光学开关等具有重要理论意义和应用价值.
With the method of light transfer matrix, the one-dimensional function photonic crystals of band structure and defect model were studied. By ehanging the refractive index of left-handed and right-handed, we find defect model was weakened, the width of band gaps increased and the number of band gaps increased when the refractive index of right-handed increased. When the absolute value of left-handed refractive index reduced, defect model was weakened, the number of defect model and band gaps reduced. The conclusion provide important theoretical basis for the design of filter and optical switch, so there will be very important application value.
