Probe into the Method for City-type University Students' Ideological and Political Work

通过6所市属、1所省属和1所部属高校学生思想政治状况的调查,总结出城市型大学学生特点,针对其特点提出了做好学生思想政治工作的方法:教育管理与服务理念时代化;辅导员工作队伍年轻化;思想政治工作对象群体化;思想政治教育形式多样化;家长学校沟通联络机制常规化;心理健康教育咨询普及化。

By the investigation into the current university students' ideological and political state in six city universities,one province university and one affiliated university,the characteristics of the city-type university students are concluded,and according to the characteristics,the measures of how to improve the students' ideological and political work are raised: the modernization of education management and service concept,younger in age for the tutors,grouping for the objects of ideological and political work,diversification of the ideological and political education forms,routinization of communicating mechanism between parents and the universities and popularization of psychological health education and consultation.
