摘要
通过对软PLC梯形图和指令表的分析,提出一种梯形图向指令表转换的新算法.该算法先将梯形图映射成AOV图,再用串并联扫描的方法化简AOV图,并转换成逻辑树,最后通过后序遍历逻辑树生成指令表.文中给出了一个转换实例,详细介绍了算法的使用及实现步骤,证明了该算法对于复杂的梯形图也能准确快速地生成指令表,具有实用价值.
A new transformation algorithm from the ladder diagram(LD) to the instruction list(IL) is proposes based on the analysis of soft PLC LD and IL. In this algorithm LD is mapped to an AOV dia- graph at first,then simplifies the AOV diagraph by using series-parallel scaning method, and transforms it to a logic tree, at last generates IL via post-traversing the logic tree. An example of transformation is given in papper,which introduces the uses and realization steps of the algorithm in detail,and proves that the algorithm for complex LD can also be accurately and quickly generated to IL,it has practical applica- tion value.
