摘要
研究了油田废水的来源和水质特征,提出1种热法处理油田废水,即热泵蒸发浓缩法.构建热泵蒸发浓缩系统的物理模型,根据物理模型,依据质量和能量守恒原理进行恒算,分析油田废水浓缩倍数、油田废水入口温度和油田废水中油类质量含量的因素对热泵系统总耗电能的影响,为节能减排提供了依据.
This paper analyzes the sources and characteristics of oil - field wastewater and proposes a kind of thermal method to deal with oil -field wastewater, namely the heat pump evaporation concentration. With this model and on the basis of quality and energy conservation principle, the paper discusses the concentration multiple of oil -field wastewater, as well as its temperature at the entrance and oil quality content and their influence on the total power consumption, which provides the basis for energy conservation and emission reduction.
