蛋白质作为一种手性拆分剂因其独特的三维立体结构,可以提供多种作用和识别位点,使其可拆分的对象广泛,受到人们的广泛关注。本文综述了蛋白质类手性选择剂的性质及其在药物拆分中的应用,重点介绍蛋白固载化技术在蛋白手性固定相中的研究进展。
Proteins, as one category of well-acknowledged chiral selectors, have won a reputation of separating a wide range of enatiomeric mixtures due to varieties of functional groups present at their surface from three-dimensional structures. This review focused on the application of proteins as chiral selectors in the field of pharmaceutical enatlomer separation, with special emphasis on the development of immobilizing protein as stationary phases.
