基于脏腑相关理论的小儿肺炎喘嗽病机与方证应用研究

Research on applications of pathogenesis and formula-pattern correspondence in pneumonic asthma based on Zang-Fu related theory

脏腑相关是极具中医特色的一种藏象理论,可以在人体脏腑经络系统的整体视角下指导疾病的辨证论治。肺炎喘嗽作为儿科临床常见病,根据肺脏实热的病位病性特征与小儿体质特点,其发展期与病重期的脏腑病机演变凸显了肺与大肠相表里、肺与胃输气而内应的脏腑相关关系,并可基于这种病机内涵总结出肺脏与阳明大肠、胃腑的脏腑同治方证对应特征。该病机内涵与方证应用特征的研究为脏腑相关理论在指导具体疾病辨治时的运用提供了新的思路与方法。

As a theory of the visceral manifestation doctrine with characteristics of TCM, ＇Zang-Fu related＇ guides the treatments of diseases in the perspective of the whole human Zang-Fu and meridian system. Pneumonic asthma is a common pediatric clinical disease. According to its location of lung, characteristic of excess heat and the pediatric physical character, pathogenesis evolution in the development period and the severe period of pneumonic asthma display the Zang-Fu relationship as ＇lung and large intestine being interior exteriorly related＇ and ＇lung and stomach transmitting qi and being related with each other＇. Based on the pathogenesis, the characteristics of formula-pattern correspondence in treating lung and large intestine or stomach at the same time are summarized. In this research new ideas and methods are provided for using ＇Zang-Fu related＇ theory to guide the diagnosis and treatments of some specific diseases.
