李淑良教授在长期的诊疗工作中形成了一整套关于中医耳鼻喉的学术思想,主要体现为重视整体观念以及耳鼻咽喉局部辨证与全身辨证相结合。咽喉病治疗中重视散风、化痰。在李淑良教授治疗的470例慢喉痹、慢喉瘖、喉瘤等病例中,苏叶、苏梗、防风等散风药、化痰散结药、益气养阴药最为常用。同时李淑良教授在治疗中用药轻灵,多用轻清上浮、特殊归经的引经药,用药时掌握适中原则;善用对药。

Professor LI Shu-liang has formed a complete set of academic thought and clinical experience through his long-term diagnosis and treatment work. Professor Li＇s academic thoughts are summarized as follows： holism and the combination of local ENT syndrome differentiation. The main therapeutic methods are dispelling wind, dissolving and dispelling phlegm in the treatment of throat disease. Among professor Li＇s 470 cases of chronic houbi, chronic laryngitis, leukoplakia of larynx, ere, perilla leaf, perilla leaf, reducing phlegm, resolving masses, tonifying qi and nourishing yin are most frequently applied. Professor Li has many characteristics in prescription, such as using herbs with light flavor, the pueraria root, acorus and bupleurum and using matched pair of medicinals. In a word, Professor Li＇s clinical experience in treatment of ENT-disease is quite effective.
