摘要
目的:研究高强度训练女运动员的临床表型与中医四诊客观化评价方法。方法:女运动员32名,健康大学生16名,应用中医证候量表进行问诊并评分,通过NIKON D40数码相机、YJJ-101脉象仪采集舌脉象数据,并检测其生理生化指标。结果:高强度训练女运动员以肝郁、气虚证为主,症状亦相符合,磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、睾酮(T)等生化指标升高。舌质指标,肝郁组(16例)b值较正常组增高,气虚组(16例)a值降低,气虚组L值较肝郁组增高,a值降低(P<0.05),脉象指标,气虚组较正常组h1降低,⊿y增高,肝郁组S、Ad升高,气虚组较肝郁组h1、S、As、Ad降低,h3/h1、w/t、⊿y增高(P<0.05),反映了中医舌脉内涵。结论:高强度训练女运动员处于运动疲劳状态,用临床表型和中医四诊客观化评价是可行的。
Objective: To study clinical phenotypes and four diagnostic objective evaluation method in the high-intensity training female athletes. Methods: 32 female athletes and 16 healthy college students were collected by using the TCM Syndrome Scale, NIKON D40 digital camera and Y J J-101 Pulse Apparatus to detect their physiological and biochemical indicators. Results: Liver qi depression and qi deficiency symptoms were main symptoms in the high-intemsity tralhing female athletes, with creatine phosphokinase, testosterone and other biochemical indicators increasing. In tongue index, compared with normal group, the liver qi depression group had higher b value, and qi deficiency group had lower a value. Compared with liver qi depression group, qi deficiency group had higher L value and lower a value (P〈0.05). In pulse indicators, compared with normal group, qi deficiency group had lower hi value, higher .Ay value, while the liver qi depression group had higher S, Ad value. Compared with liver qi depression group, qi deficiency group had lower hi, S, As, Ad value, higher h3/hl,w/t, y value (P〈0.05). Conclusion: It was feasible to use clinical phenotypes and four diagnostic objective evaluation method in the high-intensity training female athletes, who were in sports fatigue state.
