小檗碱保护糖尿病大鼠肾脏的系统评价 被引量:5

A systematic review of the berberine in protecting kidneys of diabetic rats

摘要 目的:从循证医学的角度系统评价小檗碱对糖尿病大鼠肾脏的保护作用。方法:计算机及手工检索相关文献,由2名研究者按纳入与排除标准独立选择实验、交叉核对,评价质量、提取数据,并用RevMan5.0软件对数据进行分析。结果:共纳入5个实验研究,与正常组比较,模型组的相对肾重大(MD=-1.23,95%CI[-1.92,-0.54],Z=3.50,P=0.0005),说明糖尿病大鼠肾脏病变模型成功;与模型组比较,小檗碱组可以减轻大鼠的相对肾重(MD=0.66,95%CI[0.19,1.13],Z=2.74,P=0.0006),减少24h尿蛋白量(MD=35,95%CI[21.76,48.25],Z=5.18,P<0.00001),降低血肌酐(MD=41.09,95%CI[19.70,62.49],Z=3.76,P=0.0002),降低血糖(MD=11.47,95%CI[6.42,16.51],Z=4.45,P<0.00001),从而保护肾脏。结论:小檗碱可以保护糖尿病大鼠肾脏,延缓糖尿病大鼠肾损害进程。 Objective: Systematic review of the berberine in protecting kidney of diabetic rats by evidence-based medicine. Methods: According to the into and exclusion standards, searching the related papers by computers and hands to independently choose experiments, cross-check, evaluate the qualities, extract and analyze the data by RevMan 5.0 software by two researchers. Results: Five experimental researches were fit into the study. The rats in model groups had relative lager kidney weights than the rats in control groups (MD=-l.23, 95%CI[-1.92, -0.54], Z=3.50, P=0.0005), which showed that the model of kidney damage was success. Compared with model group, Berberine group could relatively decrease the kidney weights (MD=0.66, 95%CI[0.19, 1.13], Z=2.74%, P=0.0006) and reduce 24hours of urine protein (MD=35, 95%CI[21.76, 48.25], Z=5.18, P〈0.00001), and serum creatinine (MD=41.09, 95%CI[19.70, 62.49], Z=3.76%, P=0.0002), blood sugar (MD=I 1.47, 95%CI[6.42, 16.51], Z=4.45, P〈0.00001), which could protect the kidneys. Conclusion: Berberine could protect the kidneys in diabetic rats, delay kidney damage processes.
