摘要
以铁路上海站南北广场地下通道工程穿越三、四号线地铁线路为例,对其施工方案可能对轨道交通产生的线路停运、线路及道床平整度降低、轨道交通设施破坏、线路维护成本增加等影响风险进行了辨识分析,并运用五级定性分析法和模糊综合评判法对上述影响进行了风险分析与评估,最终得出施工方案对轨道交通影响的风险等级为5级,为完全不可接受风险。针对该风险评估结果,本文提出了相应的降低风险的施工措施,为本工程施工方案的制定提供了一定的意见和建议。
Taking the underground passage under the north and south square of Shanghai railway station crossing No. 3 and No. 4 subway lines as an example, this paper analyses the risk to rail transit caused by construction scheme of the underground passage, including subway outage, smoothness reduction of metro line and ballast bed, rail transit facilities damage, and increase of line maintenances costs. In addition, the risk has been evaluated using qualitative analysis methods with five grades and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and the risk level of the scheme turned out to be grade five, which is unacceptable. According to the results, this paper puts forward construction measures to reduce the risk, presenting suggestions to the formulation of the construction program.
