摘要 采用微波消解电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法测定了五味子嫩芽中的矿质元素Ca、Cr、Cu、K、Fe、Mg和Pb的含量.结果表明:五味子嫩芽中含有丰富的矿质元素,可以作为芽苗菜食用.分析的相对标准偏差为0.245%-4.130%.该方法简单、快速、可靠、灵敏度高,且多元素可以同时测定,能满足实际样品分析需要. The mineral contents of Ca,Cr, Cu,Fe,K,Mg and Pb in Schisandra chinensis(Turcz.)Baill, were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES).The results showed that the tender bud of S. chinensis (Turcz.)Baill. contains plentiful mineral elements,which is edible as bud seeding vegetable.The relative standard deviations for all these elements in this method were between 0.245% and 4.130%.The measuring method was proved to be simple,rapid,reliable,and highly sensitive.Inaddition,the determination of the mineral elements can be carried out at the sametime,which can meet there quests of actual sample analysis.
