井下精细化管理涉及面广、环节多,动态性强,在实际操作中,存在着标准不统一,考核不全面,责任划分不明等制约因素。为全面提升矿井现场安全精细化管理层次,永锦能源有限公司实行了"一巷五点九条线"项目,通过分块规范、分步实施、细化责任、严格落实,进一步提升了矿井精细化管理上档升级,提高了矿井整体形象和管理水平。
