摘要
基于对我国银行业竞争态势及某三级银行管理的实际情况,文章选择平衡计分卡这一科学管理方法,对GS银行莱三级银行的绩效体系进行了设计与研究。首先对某三级银行现有绩效考核的问题进行分析,进而提出某三级银行绩效考核体系设计目标,将某三级银行的战略目标细化到平衡计分卡的4个维度上,并选择相应的关键指标。为保证某三级银行缋效考核工作的顺利实施,文章还进一步设计了绩效考核需要的配套保障工作,并且分析了某三级银行实施基于平衡计分卡的绩效考核体系存在的风险及其应对措施。
Combined with the competition of Chinese banking industry and the reality of a city-level bank, the performance system of a city-level bank is designed and researched based on the balanced scorecard. This paper first analyzes the problems existed in the performance system of a city-level bank, and then puts forward its design objective, finally refines its strategic goals into the four dimensionality of balanced scorecard and chooses their corresponding key indicators. In order to ensure the successful implementation of the performance evaluation in the city-level bank, the paper analyzes the risk and corresponding measures of its performance system, and designs support systems for it.
