摘要
广西柳州市通讯指挥中心位于该市龙城路,建筑面积为39 224 m^2,地下2层,地上33层,塔楼7层,建筑总高度为141m,基础为人工挖孔桩、筏基,框架剪力墙结构。结构层次清晰、新颖、美观,但梁柱交错数量不一,给施工带来很大麻烦。因此,在施工中严把质量关,对梁柱接头允许偏差项目实行了质量控制,竣工后达到了预期目标,获得了业主的好评。
Guangxi Liuzhou communication command center is located in Longcheng road of the city. Its construction area is 39 224 m2 with 2-floor underground, 33-floor overground, 7-floor tower and the height of 141 meters. The foundation of building is shear wall structure through digging pile and rafting foundation by people. The hierarchy structure is clear, novel and beautiful, but the number of beam cross is different, which would bring about a lot of trouble to the construction. There-fore, through implementing the quality control to permitted deviation of project in beam-column joints and strictly the quality in the construction, ensure the desired goals after the completion and have been well received by vast owners.
