经多年实践,企业纪检监察部门运用"短、平、快"的方法开展效能监察,取得明显效果。为加强企业管理,文章通过案例分析,对提高企业经济效益进行有益探索。

Through years of practice, enterprise discipline inspection departments have achieved significant effects by using the method of“short, fair, fast”. In this paper, some beneficial references are put forward for strengthening the administration of enterprises and improving enterprise economic benefit through the case analysis.
