摘要
文章通过对南宁市建筑业农民工的实际调查,分析农民工的工作现状、心理特点及劳动薪酬等各方面的基本情况,揭示农民工社会保障中存在的问题。
The article analyzes the basic situation of migrant workers in all aspects that include the work status, psychological traits, labor remuneration and so on through the actual investigation to migrant workers in Nanning construction industry, in or-der to reveal existing problems in migrant workers social security.
