基于ADS的超高频射频识别系统前置级功放设计

摘要 本文基于ADS仿真软件,采用多谐波双向牵引法设计了输入输出匹配网络,对完成匹配后的功率放大器利用ADS软件进行进行仿真优化,最终得到了一个应用于UHFRFID系统前置级的功率放大器,该放大器工作频段为902~928MHz,在频率范围内绝对稳定,功率增益高达13.8dB。仿真结果表明该功率放大器完全满足设计要求。 Based on the ADS, the input/output matching network was got by using the multi - harmonic bilateral pull method, then simulation and optimization was conducted in ADS, a prestage power amplifier applied in UHF RFID system was finally got, the PA worked at 902 -928 MHz, in the Frequency Range was unconditionally stable, power gain was up to 13.8 dB. The simulation results show that the power amplifier fullly meet the design requirements.
