摘要
目前,多数高校辅导员考核过于主观和模糊。虽然辅导员工作的内容并非都能够量化,但实践表明,能够量化的内容应该量化。量化考核应兼顾必要性和可操作性,所占比重不宜过大,且应坚持激励与"底线"相结合,定性定量相结合,要逐步完善定性定量考核办法,充分发挥考核在辅导员队伍建设中的积极作用。
Currently, a majority of colleges and universities are excessively subjective and out of focus in evaluating their advisors. Though an advisor's job cannot all be quantified, efforts should be made to quantify whatever is quantifiable. Quantitative evaluation must give consideration to both its necessity and its operability. It should not make up too big a proportion in an advisor's performance assessment. Incentive must be combined with baseline, and qualitative with quantitative. Improved evaluation of college advisors can play a positive role in the team construction.
