北京大学对家庭经济困难学生提出了个性化资助和成才支持的绿色成长方案。该方案的核心理念是在经济支持、精神关爱、能力锻炼三项基本功能基础上,更加强调对学生的综合激励、个性服务、因材施教等三方面的成才支持,极大地保证了教育的公平。

The Green Growth program launched by Beijing University is designed to provide individualized support for poverty- stricken students. In addition to financial support, spiritual concern and ability improvement, the program, at its core, gives particular weight to comprehensive encouragement, individual service and individualized teaching, which greatly boosts fairness in education.
