摘要
对1765名90后毕业生的调查显示,90后大学生的就业价值取向中薪资报酬等传统因素的地位有所下降,个人兴趣、自身价值等时尚因素逐步提升,但就业地域选择的城市化、就近化,求稳或不愿担风险的取向仍然普遍存在,社会责任感和奉献意识淡化。高校教育工作者应开展针对性的思想政治教育和就业指导工作。
A survey of 1765 post- 90's college graduates shows that the post- 90's, when choosing a job, tend to pay less attention to conventional factors such as earnings and benefits and instead attach more importance to fashionable elements such as personal interest and self worth. They generally prefer nearby urban cities, value stability and are unwilling to take risks, and they also lack the sense of social responsibility and commitment. Colleges and universities are supposed to do targeted ideological work and provide good career guidance.
