摘要
通过微波萃取提取土壤中的有机氯农药,用GC-ECD进行分析。该方法检出限为0.020～0.051μg/kg,回收率为85.4%～96.0%,标准偏差为4.15%～5.32%。
Organochlorine pesticides in soil were extracted by microwave extraction, and it was finally analyzed with GC-ECD.The detection limit was between 0.020 μg/kg to 0.051μg/kg,while in precision testing the relative standard deviations was between 4.15% to 5.32% with recovery rate stayed between 85.4% and 96.0%.
