不同原蜜中糖含量的测定

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法测定11种蜜样中果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖、麦芽糖的含量,结果表明:以洋槐蜜的果糖含量最高,为46.60%,油菜蜜中的果糖含量最低,为30.68%;以柳树蜜中的葡萄糖最高,为43.16%,Acacia蜜中的葡萄糖含量最低,为11.94%;以葵花蜜中的麦芽糖最高,为3.44%,柳树蜜中的麦芽糖最低,为1.55%;龙眼蜜中的蔗糖最高,为2.86%,Acacia蜜中的蔗糖最低,为0。 Fructose,glucose,sucrose and maltose in honey were dermined by high performance liquid chromato graphy,the results showed that fructose in Acacia honey was the most,its content was 46.6% ;fructose in rape honey was the lowest ,its content was 30.68%.Glucose in wilow honey was the most,its content was 43.16% ; glucose in Acacia honey was the lowest,its content was 11.94%. Maltose in sanflowes honey was the most,its content was 3.44% ; maltose in willow honey was the lowest,its content was 1.55%.Sucrose in lungan flowers honey was the most, its content was 2.86% ; sucrose in Acacia honey was the lowest ,its content was 0.
