论述了"十二五"时期农业资源区划工作的新机遇以及工作重点和主要任务,就如何构建农业资源区划工作的长效机制,确保区划事业平稳健康发展进行了探讨,提出了做好农业资源区划工作的措施。
This article expounded the new opportunities and the working emphasis and primary mission of the regionalization of agricultural resources work in the period of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, discussed how to build a long-term mechanism and ensure the regionalization steady and sound development,put forward developing measures of agricultural resources regionalization.
