摘要
解决好农业、农村、农民问题是全党工作的重中之重,坚持把国家基础设施建设和社会事业发展的重点放在农村,深入推进新农村建设。分析了朔州市小临河村新农村建设现状及发展规划,并提出解决对策。
Settling well problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is the party work priority. Insisting that the key point of the development of the national infrastructure construction and social undertakings in rural areas, further promoting the new rural construction.This paper analyzed the new rural construction and development planning in Xiaolinhe village of Shuozhou City, sunmarized the problems,and put forward countermeasures.
