摘要
如果说学习型社会是通过教育而实现的一种理想,学习型学校就是通过教师主动学习、积极反思而实现的一种理想,在通过校本研究实现这个理想的道路上,我们不仅要强调以制度化的方式保障教师反思与改进,更要在机制上保证学校和教师主体性。校本研究应将校本的三个基本内涵与学校的实践结合起来,寻求个性与共性相结合的"校本化"研究机制。
If the learning society is an ideal achieved through education, then the learning school is an ideal which is achieved by teachers in active learning and positive reflection. On the road to realize this idea through school-based research, we should not only ensure teachers'reflection and improvement through institutionalized way, but also the research subjects based on school and teachers. School-based research should be combined with the three basic contents and the practice of schools, creating school-based research mechanism combined with individuality and generality.
