摘要
受传统教学理论和历史因素的影响,我国学校体育教育的人文精神长期被忽略,只有转变观念、优化教学方法,才能对学校体育的人文精神进行变构。
Influenced by traditional teaching theory and historical factors, the humanistic spirit of the school physical education has been ignored for a long time, only to change the idea, optimizing the teaching method, is reconstracted to school sports humanistic spirit.
