摘要
利用固相反应法制备了Y位Ca掺杂的系列高温超导体Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ(0≤x≤0.4)多晶样品,研究了掺杂对样品结构的影响。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对该系列样品进行了表征,从X射线衍射图可看到掺杂量x≤0.2时,样品的单相性很好。扫描电镜图显示样品掺杂量x=0.2时,晶粒进一步长大且呈棒状,晶粒尺寸在2μm左右,晶界最为明显。
The Ca-doping Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ (0 ≤x ≤0.4) polycrystalline samples have been prepared by solid state reaction method. The influence of Ca-doping on the structure have been investigated though X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning electrici- ty mirror (SEM) . The X-ray diffraction pattern revealed single phase with Ca quantity x ≤0.2.The SME results show that the club-shaped grains are formed for the samples with x=0.2,the grain size is about 2 μm and all the grains are well linked. The grain boundary is especially clear.
