自拟补肾益气健脾方治疗视神经萎缩的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating optic atrophy with Bushen Yiqi Jianpi recipe

目的:观察中医药治疗视神经萎缩之临床疗效。方法:将我院入选视神经萎缩患者,随机分为中医治疗组与西医对照组各42例,治疗组给予自拟补肾益气健脾方,对照组给予能量合剂、补充维生素治疗。结果:治疗组在视力改善及视野改善方面均明显优于对照组。结论:中医药可有效治疗视神经萎缩,临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical effects of TCM in treating optic atrophy. Methods： 84 patients with optic atrophy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the modem medicine control group. 42 cases in each group. Treatment group was treated by Bushen Yiqi Jianpi recipe, the control group was given energy mixture, vitamin therapy. Results： Treatment group for eyesight and vision improvement was significantly better than control group. Conclusion： TCM is effective in treating optic atrophy, has a significant clinical efficacy.
