健脾温中汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎临床疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating chronic atrophic gastritis with the Jianpi Wenzhong decoction

目的:观察健脾温中汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:根据我院2010年9月～2012年8月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者76例,随机分成两组,对照组39例,采用吗丁啉、阿莫西林口服治疗;治疗组37例,在对照组西药治疗的基础上给予健脾温中汤加减治疗。观察并比较治疗前后的临床疗效以及主要临床症状微分。结果:治疗组的总有效率为91.89%。对照组的总有效率为61.54%。两组相比具有显著差异(P<0.01)。治疗组与对照组的主要临床症状微分相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:采用健脾温中汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效好,值得在临床上予以推广。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Wenzhong decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods：76 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis in our hospital from March 2010 to February 2012 were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 39 patients received domperidone and amoxicillinthe treatment, treatment group of 37 cases was treated with the Jianpi Wenzhong decoction on the basis of the control group of modem medicine. To observe and compare the clinical efficacy before and after treatment as well as the main clinical symptom. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group was 91.89%, and 61.54% in the control group. There was a significant difference （P〈0.01） in two groups. So did （P〈0.05） in the main clinical symptoms of the two groups. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Wenzhong decoction in treating chronic atrophic gastritis was great and it should be widely applied.
