痔疮穴位挑刺在痔疮治疗与预防复发中的临床分析

Clinical analysis of acupoint pricking in treating hemorrhoids and relapse prevention

目的:探讨痔疮穴位挑刺在痔疮治疗与预防复发中的作用;方法:选取我院2008年3月～2010年6月220例痔疮患者,随机均分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用穴位挑刺,对比分析两组疗效;结果:痔疮穴位挑刺治疗后患者2周和4周治愈率和有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组术后生活质量较对照组明显高(P<0.05),术后观察组痔疮复发率明显低于对照组。结论:痔疮穴位挑刺治疗痔疮,具有有效率高,明显提高患者生活质量,减少患者复发率等优点,可以在临床上推广。

Objective： To explore clinical effects ofacupoint pricking in treating hemorrhoids and relapse prevention; Method： 220 patients with hemorrhoids from March 2008 to June 2010 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, the control group were given conventional treatment and the experimental group received the prick points; Result： The cure rate and efficiency of the experimental group were higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, the life quality of the experimental group was better （P〈0.05） than control group, the relapse rate of the experimental group was lower obviously （P〈0.05） than the control group. Conclusion： Acupoint pricking can significantly improve patients＇ quality of life, reduce the relapse rate and be worthy of clinical practice.
