中医治疗直肠脱垂的验证分析

脱肛病是指直肠全层、部分乙状结肠、直肠黏膜和肛管向下位移,脱出或不脱出肛门的疾病,即现代医学所说的"直肠脱垂"。该病发病率约为0.4%～2.1%,常见于儿童或体弱便秘、腹泻的青壮年人,严重影响了患者的身心健康。西医治疗脱肛常以手术治疗为主,如经会阴手术、经腹手术等,虽然手术疗效尚可,但只能在医疗条件较好的大医院进行,且并发症较多,存在一定风险。中药制剂消痔灵对脱肛也具有较好的疗效,尤其是注射固脱治疗脱肛,痛苦较小,效果较好,且经济安全。本文就中医治疗直肠脱垂的效果进行了分析,希望能对有关人士提供借鉴。
