摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗肛肠科术后肛门瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法:将入选的100例患者随机均分为试验组与对照组各50例,对照组给予一般治疗、西医药物及微波治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用中医辨证外洗治疗。结果:试验组临床治愈率72%明显优于对照组36%。结论:中西医结合可有效治愈瘙痒症,且疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of the integrative medicine in treating anal pruritus following anorectal surgery Methods： 100 cases of tested patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group, control group were treated with general treatment, modem medicine and microwave treatment, the experimental group took treatment of TCM external washing more. Results： The treatment group for 72% cure rate was significantly better than the control group for 36%. Conclusion： The integrative medicine can effectively cure pruritus, and has a significant efficacy.
