子宫肌瘤变性继发血小板升高一例并文献分析

An analysis of one case of uterine fibroids degeneration secondary to platelet elevated

子宫肌瘤变性是指肌瘤失去原有的典型结构,可能引起腹痛等症状,子宫肌瘤合并腹痛、感染、变性,合并血液改变非常少见;本文报道一例子宫肌瘤变性继发血小板升高罕见病例;临床医师应该认识到排除血液系统疾病,抗炎治疗血小板仍然处于高水平状态,可提示血液改变可能与子宫肌瘤变性、感染有关,为以后的临床治疗提供诊治思路。

Uterine fibroids degeneration refers to the fibroid losing its original typical structure, which can be leaded to the symptoms of abdominal pain, uterine fibroids with abdominal pain, infection, modifying, and then degenerating blood changes is very rare. This paper reported a rare cases of a secondary increased platelet following uterine myoma degeneration, clinicians should recognize that blood change may be associated with uterine myoma degeneration and infection if anti-inflammatory treatment platelets were still in a state of high level and no other blood system diseases, this study would provide an idea for future clinical diagnosis and treatment.
