双柏散治疗膝骨关节炎骨髓水肿临床观察

Clinical observation on treating KOA BME with Shuangbai powder

目的:观察双柏散外敷治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)骨髓水肿(BME)的近期临床疗效。方法:选取核磁共振(MRI)提示有BME的膝骨关节炎患者72例,随机分为治疗组36例,对照组36例。治疗组用双柏散外敷,1次/d,连用10d休息2d为1个疗程,共两个疗程。对照组外用扶他林乳胶剂,3次/d,疗程20d。评估治疗前和治疗后患者膝关节BME的变化和临床疗效,同时观察药物副作用。结果:治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05),而膝关节BME积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组因药物副作用停药者无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:双柏散外敷治疗膝关节骨关节炎并骨髓水肿疗效显著,安全性好,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the short-time clinical effect of external pavement of Shuangbai powder on treating KOA BME. Methods： 72 patients of knee joint osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups, 36 patients in each group. The control group was given diclofenac for external use, while the treated group was given Shuangbai powder for external pavement. The variation of knee joint BME and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were compared, and the side effects were investigated. Results： The clinical efficacy in the treated group was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）, and knee joint BME score in the treated group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. No significant differences were detected in the side effects in both groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： External pavement of Shuangbai powder was significantly effective on KOA BME, safe and worthy a clinical application.
