摘要
目的:为提高类风湿性关节炎的临床疗效,减少该病致残致死率。方法:按美国风湿病学会、欧洲风湿病防治联合会2009年诊断标准,治疗类风湿性关节炎38例,西药予甲氨蝶呤、关节疼痛剧烈予小剂量激素口服。中医治疗予独活寄生汤加减,急性活动期予祛风寒除湿热通痹止痛;慢性稳定期予补肝肾益气血强筋壮骨。结果:治疗两个月全部患者临床缓解。结论:中西医结合治疗,抗炎调整免疫功能对解除关节疼痛,缓解病情疗效显著。
Objective： To improve the clinical effect and decrease the lethality rate on treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods： 38 patients of rheumatoid arthritis were given methotrexate for metabolism, small dose of hormone for arthralgia in modem medicine. They were given modified Duhuo Jisheng decoction, and given Qufenghan Chushire Tongbi Zhitong therapy to acute active stage patients and Buganshen Yiqi Qiangjin Zhuanggu therapy to chronic active stage patients. Results： After treatment for two months all the patients were improved. Conclusion： The integrative medicine was significantly effective on relieving the joint pains.
