微创穿刺引流治疗高血压基底节区血肿88例临床分析

Clinical analysis on treating 88 cases of hypertensivc basal nuclei hematoncus by paracentesis and drainage

目的:研究微创穿刺术治疗高血压基底节区血肿的临床效果;方法:据CT片定位应用电钻钻颅穿刺脑内血肿置管,直接清除或血肿腔内注入尿激酶清除脑内血肿;结果:治疗88例,好转81例,死亡5例,植物状态2例。结论:该术式操作简便,能够及时有效地清除血肿,是治疗颅内血肿行之有效的方法。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive centesis on treating hypertensivc basal nuclei hematoncus. Methods： CT sheets was used to locate and use electrodrill to drill through to cure intracerebral hematoma, which was eliminated by removing and treating urokinase through hematoncus cave. Results： Among the treated 88 cases, 81 became better, 5 cases were dead, 2 cases became plant men. Conclusion： The operation was an effective method in healing intracranial hematoma, convenient in operation and effective in removing hematoncus.
