摘要
和谐教育应该是协调人自身和谐发展的教育,是促使人的全面健康发展的教育,也是促进社会和谐发展的教育。教育工作者应该从科学教育与人文教育的融合、道德教育与法纪教育的结合、智力因素与非智力因素培养的契合及知识教育与能力培养的并重等层面来建构和谐的教育内容,培养大学生优良的德性。建构和谐教育内容,培养大学生优良德性,既是建设社会主义和谐社会的实然要求,也是培养合格的建设者和接班人的应然需要。
Harmony education should be a kind of education that can coordinately develop oneself, an education that promotes overall development for man and pushes social coordinate development. Therefore,it is a must for educators to cultivate college students' dharma by fusing scientific education into humanity education, combining moral education with discipline education, tallying intelligent and non - intelligent training and constructing the content of harmony education through integration of knowledge input and ability cultivation.
