高校师德建设问题刍论

A Discourse on University Teacher’s Ethics Construction Problems

教师是最神圣和崇高的职业,他们不仅是知识的传授和创造者、学生人格的塑造者,也是道德的实践者和示范者。文章站在和谐社会建设的高度,阐述了高校师德的内涵、特征及其重要地位和作用,对当前高校师德建设中面临的挑战及存在问题进行了分析,并就如何加强高校师德建设、全面提高高校教师素质的内容和途径,提出了相关的见解。

Teaching is the most holiest and nobliest professions and teachers are not only imparters and creators of knowledge and students＇ personality molders, but also practioners and demonstrators of morality. This paper, on the basis of building harmonious society, expounds the connotation, characters ,position and functions of university teachers＇ ethics, analyses the present challenges and problems of constructing university teachers＇ ethics and puts forward corresponding views of how to reinforce the construction so as to increase the contents of and route for teachers＇ ethics.
