摘要
论述了教师基层党支部建设与人才培养的关系,提出:将高校教师基层党支部建设与人才培养相互融合是高校二级学院教育教学工作的着眼点和基石。
The relationship between teachers＇ grassroots party branches construction and personnel training are discussed. It is proposed that, the mutual integration of university teachers＇ grassroots party branch construction and personnel training is the focus and cornerstone of education and teaching of secondary college of colleges and universities.
