大学企业管理专业教学中导向性教育的嵌入实施

Embedded Implementation of Oriented Education in Teaching of Business Administration in Universities

通过对当前我国大学企业管理专业教育教学现存问题的剖析,提出在大学不同阶段从专业导向教育、感性导向教育、理性导向教育、方针政策导向教育和素质技能导向教育等五个方面的嵌入实施,改善教育教学效果,提升人才培养质量,使学生在学期间从职业认知培养、专业知识储备及专业素质打造等方面做好全面充分的准备,对毕业生缩减入职适应期、提高工作适应性、增强工作能力起到推动作用。

Based on the analysis of the problems in teaching of business administration in university of China, five aspects of the embedded implementation in different stages are proposed, including professional guide education, perceptual guide education, rational guide education, policy oriented education and quality ＆ skills oriented education, to make the students prepare for professional cognitive training, professional knowledge reserving and professional quality making. It promotes the graduates regarding reducing induction adaptive time, improve work adaptability and enhance work ability.
