摘要
船舶主动力装置的轴线校中对于船舶的正常运行是十分重要的。在静态、冷态校中时充分考虑热膨胀、传动力、油膜等因素对轴线的影响,以及各轴承的合理负荷,使得主动力装置的轴线在热态运转时处于最佳状态。本文结合有关设计图纸、对中理论、校中的计算和实际操作,分析了万方耙吸式挖泥船"万顷沙"号在荷兰IHC建造过程中的校中工艺,为今后的生产提供了技术参考。
Axis alignment for a ship main power plant is very important to assure tts nor- mal running. Combined with the relevant design drawings, the theory of alignment, calcula- tions and practices in building 1 0280m^3 TSHD "Wan Qingsha" in IHC Holland, this paper analyses the technology of axis alignment, summarizes the whole process and provides a tech- nical reference for production in the future.
