美国大学的“学术资本主义”论争及其对中国大学的启示

文章介绍了美国学界关于是否把"学术资本主义"纳入教师晋升评价范畴的论争以及把"学术资本主义"纳入教师晋升评价的办法和原则,在此基础上探讨了中国高校把"学术资本主义"纳入晋升评价体系的可行性。
